Deena has been at Farr West Animal Hospital since we opened in 2010. She is the office manager at Farr West Animal Hospital and has been a veterinary technician since 1996. She loves what she does. She is married and has 3 wonderful children.  Deena has a German Wirehaired pointer "Burley" and a standard Poodle "Sarah Jane".  The things she loves most about her job at Farr West are helping animals so they can have a great life, and the wonderful relationships she develops with our clients.

Stephanie is the mother of two children, Sadie and Caleb.  She is also the mother of four fur children, Lily, Peaches, Kuzco and Neo.  In her free time she likes to curl up with her family and watch a movie or her favorite sports team, the Miami Dolphins.  One of her favorite things to do in the summer is to pack up her family and go on adventure.  She loves to camp and also loves the beach and soaking up the sun.  Animals have always been a big part of her life.  Her favorite past time as a little girl was saving all the stray animals in her neighborhood.

Makaela graduated in 2018 from Broadview University with an Associate degree in Veterinary Technology.  She has been an animal lover since she was born.  She has spent most of her life caring for a variety of different animals, and has always wanted a career in the veterinary field.  It's been a dream of her's ever since she was young and she is happy to say that it is now a reality! She loves coming to work and being surrounded by animals and having the opportunity to help them. She has four dogs and one cat. In her free time she loves going camping at the sand dunes.  She also loves to pile up on the couch at home with all of her animals and watch a good movie.

Makenzi started as a technician in the human ER, but didn’t feel like that was where she belonged. She took her medical training, converted it to animals, and now she’s right at home doing what she loves most! She’s been a Vet Tech since 2017 and started training in grooming at the beginning of 2018.  When Kenzi isn’t working she’s playing with her horse Bandit or cuddling up with her fur babies, Mittens (kitty) and Cooper (Chesapeake Lab).
